Refund policy

If the product is damaged are not caused by the customer, please take a photo of the problem product and send it to our email for confirmation. When we confirm that it is not caused by the customer, we will reply to the email and arrange to reissue the product or refund the full amount. Shipping costs are borne by us.

If it is the customer's reason, such as: I don't want it after use. We will not accept returns. If the return is allowed, we will refund all product costs (but not including round-trip shipping)

Please DO NOT send back the products without contacting us in advance.

Order Cancellation
We will issue a full refund if the product has not yet start to ship.
If the product is on the progress of delivery, it cannot be canceled. Shipping costs for returned products will be deducted from your refund. If you refuse delivery of an order, our reserves the right of deducting the cost of shipping from your refund.
